Test Includes:

 

Complete Blood Count (CBC) With Differential – Evaluates overall blood health and helps screen for conditions such as anemia, infection, inflammation, and immune system changes.

Lipid Panel – Measures cholesterol and triglyceride levels to help evaluate cardiovascular and metabolic health.

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP-14) – Assesses kidney and liver function, electrolytes, protein levels, calcium, and blood sugar.

Progesterone – Measures progesterone levels, which may help evaluate hormone balance, reproductive health, and menstrual cycle patterns.

Testosterone, Free, Direct With Total Testosterone – Measures both total and free testosterone to help assess hormone status, energy, strength, libido, and overall wellness.

TSH + Free T4 + Free T3 With Reflex to Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) Antibodies – Evaluates thyroid function and may reflex to thyroid antibody testing when indicated by the laboratory.

Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy (D2+D3 Fractionated), LC/MS-MS – Measures vitamin D levels to support bone, immune, hormone, and metabolic health assessment.

Preparation Instructions:

Fasting recommended: 8–12 hours before your appointment, especially because this panel includes a Lipid Panel and metabolic markers.

Drink plenty of water before your blood draw.

Morning collection is recommended when possible, especially for cortisol and testosterone testing.

Continue regular medications unless advised otherwise by your physician.

Please bring a valid photo ID and any required documentation if applicable.


Collection Details:

This is a blood draw panel. Collection may be completed through a PhlebCARE in-clinic appointment, PhlebCARE mobile blood draw in select service areas, or a participating Laboratory Patient Service Center when applicable.
