Mobile PhlebCARE is a professional blood/samples collection service that provides comprehensive and reliable diagnostic testing services directly to your home, workplace, or any preferred location for convenience and comfort of patients and healthcare providers.

PhlebCARE Mobile Phlebotomy Services collects a wide range of samples to meet diverse diagnostic needs, includes but not limited to:

• Blood Samples: For routine tests, chronic disease monitoring, hormone panels, nutritional assessments, and infectious disease screenings.
• Urine Samples: For urinalysis, drug testing, and kidney function evaluation.
• Saliva Samples: For hormone testing, genetic analysis, and certain infection screenings.
• Stool Samples: For gastrointestinal health assessments, including tests for infections, inflammation, and digestive disorders.
• Swab Samples: For COVID-19 testing, other viral infections, and bacterial cultures.
• PRP Extraction:  Used in various fields of medicine and aesthetics promoting healing and tissue regeneration. 

Each sample is handled with the utmost care and processed in accredited laboratories, ensuring accurate and timely results.

Mobile phlebotomy is ideal for individuals with mobility challenges, busy schedules, elderly patients, children, and anyone who  prefers the convenience of at-home healthcare.

Phlebcare charges an out-of-pocket fee starting at $99 per draw. Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to seek reimbursement by submitting your receipt to your insurance provider. 

Additional charges may apply to include but not limited to:  

$.60 per additional mile after a 15-mile radius from 92101. 

$5 for STAT orders.

$5 drop-off to UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Prices may vary on a case-by-case basis (i.e. after hours draw, overnight hold of specimen, etc.)

The laboratory charges a separate fee for laboratory testing. We provide you with the option to upload your insurance information to make things easier for you. We will give it to the laboratory so they may use the insurance information you provided to process your bill if you decide to upload it. We advise contacting the laboratory in advance to confirm the precise cost of your test bill.

To arrange for a mobile phlebotomist to perform a blood draw, individuals have two options: They can ask their doctor to send a copy of the order to via fax or e-mail and then book an appointment directly via phone call, or patient can obtain the order from their doctor and send it to PhlebCARE themselves prior to scheduling an appointment. 

The duration of a blood draw appointment typically depends on the type and number of tests being performed ranging from 15-30mins. Our phlebotomists work efficiently to minimize any inconvenience to you.

Yes, PhlebCARE adheres to strict HIPAA guidelines to protect your personal health information. We prioritize patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.

 We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Please take note of our cancellation policy:

Cancellations and Reschedules: We accept cancellations and reschedule requests with no penalty if notified at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.

Yes, all PhlebCARE phlebotomists are certified by recognized organizations and state licensed with a combined experience of over 20 years; Our phlebotomists undergo rigorous training to ensure safe and professional blood/specimen collection.
